The brief was to review existing designs for affordable housing in Jeddah for JDURC.
Improved designs were produced based on modular principles that respect the traditional family values and principles of spatial design of the region.
The range of house types included townhouses, villas attached and detached, and apartment typologies that can be grouped in a multitude of variants.
