Part of Southwark’s “Old Kent Road Masterplan”, Nyes Wharf has been developed within the aspiration of the OKR 14 Masterplan.
            
The scheme has been developed to provide high quality ground floor flexible commercial space with mixed tenure residential to the upper floors.
The northern part of the proposal rises ito 18 storeys and the southern part is 9 storeys. The scheme provides a total of 153 residential units (of which 35% are affordable), 1,203 sq m of commercial/ SME floor space in two buildings, with associated amenity provision.
