- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, communications, PR, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven commercial acumen.
- Strong IT skillsets including social media communications.
- Graphic Skillset including in-design, Photoshop, Illustrator desirable
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to liaise with the other functions within the business particularly the marketing team.
- Proven ability to lead the Tracking, preparation and submission of Framework registrations
- Proven ability to lead the preparation of international standard technical submissions supported as necessary with the long knowledge of the directors.
- Proven ability to research and identify new appropriate business leads including Tracking e- tenders.
- Ability to develop content and collateral to support framework applications
- Ability if required to update the company website with new projects, team news, and press mentions.
- Liaise with design, architectural and project teams to ensure collateral accurately reflects business capability.
- Maintain contact databases, press lists, and analytics reports
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
- Flexible, proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to take initiative and contribute across a variety of tasks.
- Provide flexible support to wider office needs, assisting colleagues and contributing to the smooth running of Business operations as and when required
