Following the success of Niche Living Dún Laoghaire, HKR is proud to have once again collaborated with Bartra on the completion of Niche Living Ballsbridge, a landmark residential development that elevates high-quality, design-led living in the heart of Dublin 4.
HKR was appointed to reimagine and refine the existing scheme, taking it back through the planning process to deliver a more cohesive, elegant, and functional design. The result is a sophisticated and contemporary development that seamlessly integrates architecture, interiors, and engineering to create a tranquil urban retreat.
Through a series of key design interventions, including refined brickwork detailing, a reconfigured roof form, enhanced double-height spaces, and an optimised MEP strategy, HKR transformed the scheme into a successful, efficient, and visually striking development that embodies both Bartra’s vision and HKR’s commitment to design excellence, craftsmanship, and collaboration.
