HKR was appointed an MMC consultant to evaluate eight of the projects in NEOM’s Trojena region with the primary objectives of introducing industrialised construction strategies.
HKR explored 1D, 2D, 3D, and hybrid Kit of Parts solutions as part of this analysis with the intention of streamlining the design, manufacturing, and construction processes.
In parallel to this HKR conducted a value engineering exercise, analysing the provided project information to identify opportunities for increased efficiency whilst preserving the original design inspiration.
