Located within the Upper King Street conservation area in the centre of the commercial district, 105,000 sq ft of prime office space is spread over 12 floors with two storeys of basement car parking, a ground floor main entrance reception and retail space.
A compact single core solution, reduced number of columns and tapering building section creates an efficient and flexible floor plan. It also allows a relatively small site footprint to provide a generous 7800 sq ft (net) on each floor.
The full height glazed curtain wall facade system maximises natural daylight and offers panoramic views across the city, whilst a solid reconstituted stone cladding differentiates the service areas and core position on the façade.
