The HKR team was proudly flying the flag in Dublin last Friday as we celebrated the topping out of Bartra’s latest co-living development at Merrion Road, Ballsbridge. We’re delighted to be part of the team delivering this state-of-the-art co-living facility.
Dublin needs a diverse range of residential accommodations to meet the needs of its varied demographic. A ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach is not the solution. This has been reinforced by the positive feedback from residents of Dublin’s first purpose-built co-living scheme at Eblana in Dun Laoghaire, which was delivered by the same team.
