The building is situated on a prominent island site, with highly efficient floorplates and excellent natural light on all sides. In the design of 12 Arthur Street, HKR maximised the developer’s potential by increasing the floor area by an additional 2,320 m².

The services and structural zone are compressed on each floor thereby allowing twelve full storeys to be fitted between the subterranian Roman archaeology levels and the height limit of St Paul’s Cathedral.
