Antony House and Roderick House are four storey flat blocks accommodating 16 flats each in Bermondsey, south London.
They are owned and managed by Lambeth and Southwark Housing Association. All the flats are tenanted, and there are no leaseholders.
The proposals are an innovative solution providing 30 additional homes whilst minimising disruption to existing residents by utilising modular construction to create high quality homes.
