The project will bring together retail, residential, leisure, and commercial spaces, enhancing connectivity and creating new pedestrian links, streets, and civic areas in the heart of Ealing.

A 24-storey landmark residential building facing Haven Green and a 17-storey building to the south will serve as a gateway to the town centre. The development will also feature 567 residential units, 200,000 sq ft of retail space, an 18,000 sq ft fitness club, 5,000 sq ft of commercial space, 325 basement parking spaces, and a 20% renewable energy provision. Two new public squares—Station Plaza and New Square—will further enhance the area’s social spaces.
