The neighborhoods incorporate a range of elements with a network of paths and pedestrian-friendly streets throughout to enhance connectivity and encourage walking and cycling.

The design is derived from the formal gardens of the Arabic tradition creating four quadrants divided by the main routes which run from north to south and east to west. These connect the development to and from the site. With the town centre at the heart of the development to the north an Avenue corridor running from the north is created.
