The masterplan is for a mixed use development which will provide approx 51,000m² of retail, 830 apartments, 5,500m² of offices, 103-bedroom hotel, 2,500m² of riverside bars & restaurants, an 8 screen cinema, crèches, and a community centre, plus 4,200 car parking spaces.

A new public park, riverside promenade and public plazas are also incorporated in the masterplan.
