HKR was appointed to bring forward regeneration design proposals for the former Conventlands site located between Amiens Street and Gardiner Street in Dublin’s north inner city.
This proposal for a mixed use residential lead scheme included a range of accomodation types and community facilities.
HKR‘s proposal for this 0.84 hectare plot of land includes 177 residential units in 3 blocks ranging in heights from 2 to 8 storeys. Residential units will be provided in a variety of new urban blocks and in a converted former convent buildings. It includes cellular type accommodation for the Salesian priests.
