The Golf Community at Education City is master-planned as a simple leased housing community of 400 residences nestled within an 18-hole championship tournament golf course designed by world renowned golfer Jose Maria Olazabal.
Careful attention has been taken to preserve and incorporate. Important on-site features such as the rustic stone heritage wall and wadi.
The project shall be developed sustainably using proven methods to conserve water and energy. Buildings shall encompass LEED Gold standards, including a Golf Country Club with Golf Academy, Restaurants and Banquet Facilities, Family Swimming and Tennis Facilities, 20 Hospitality Units, Nursery/Creche, Small Convenience Store and Mosque.
