The masterplan includes shared community, cultural & retail spaces, and an attractive public realm positioned on the River Camac.

By daylighting the river, the project promises long-term benefits, including enhanced biodiversity, food and shelter for wildlife, and a boost in riverside flood resilience.

It also includes roof gardens, a public treetop “floating” walk and prioritises sustainable transportation throughout this new urban quarter with an improved cycle network.
