The site is one of many in the area which is set for redevelopment as part of Poole Borough council’s massive regeneration programme.

This mixed use scheme will comprise a hotel, office and residential with enough retail space at ground floor to transform this part of Poole into a hub of activity.

With 240 luxury apartments and a 75-bed boutique hotel, the development will transform and enhance the status of the location giving Poole a quayside destination worthy of its picturesque waterside setting.
