The brief provided approximately 700 residential units, retail space, a hotel and community facilities with a central parkland which was the focal point of the design proposal.

This project was a Public Private Partnership proposal by the Ascon Durkan Newlyn consortium and Dublin City Council. The proposal is for the development of the 17.2 hectare site at the junction of the M1 and Oscar Traynor Road in north Dublin.
