HKR Architects was invited to submit designs for the redevelopment of a 25.5 hectare site in Sawgrass Jacksonville, Florida by the Professional Golf Association.
The site adjoins land owned by the PGA Tour which includes the world famous Tour Players Championship Stadium Course.
The design is an overall masterplan which includes a two phase development of 400 condominiums on a 14.5 hectare site, plus a new façade to the existing hotel and an extension of 200 bedrooms, with provision for a retail-led mixed use development on the adjoining site.
