Our concept has two main goals: first, to create an office entrance with street presence while offering stunning bay views; second, to vertically separate leisure and office spaces for optimal visual connection to both the water and street. The design achieves these goals with a bold, efficient form.
The podium’s roof serves as an entrance for the offices and 1,160 m² of leisure spaces, including a juice bar, health club, and outdoor pool with panoramic bay views.
At street level, the podium features 1,425 m² of continuous retail space, with a covered arcade linking the road to the waterside, enhancing retail frontage. Parking is provided in both the podium and a four-level basement, totaling 662 spaces.
