Riverview houses 12 indoor tennis courts, 6 squash courts, a large children’s sports centre, and a 4,500 m² pavilion building containing a 20m swimming pool, two gymnasia, café/bar, restaurant and sports shop.

A feature of the design is a form of roof lighting which admits large quantities of natural light in a manner which is glare free.
