Our proposals seek to address the opportunity to lift the overall quality of the immediate surroundings and at the same time set a new benchmark for the future of the wider city. Clad predominantly in glass the building seeks to provide a city marker and focal point creating a key gateway into and out of the city centre. Winter gardens located on the East and West facades will provide round the year amenity space and help to further activate the elevations.
