HKR achieved increased net floor areas, more efficient core design and improved external massing and cladding options. The design review exercise also had to take account of updated site which showed slight modifications to boundaries.

The revised planning of both the towers and the podium improved the functionality and operation of the buildings whilst also highlighting a number of key issues to be resolved for the external massing and elevational treatments.
