The project aims to retain the existing medical centre on-site by creating a new, purpose-built facility that meets their long-term needs with improved amenities.
This will be accomplished by extending the existing neo-Georgian building at its ground floor and basement levels, as well as replacing the current car park, a previous extension, and the unmaintained hard landscaping.
In addition, 9 residential units will be accomodated at part ground floor, first floor and the re-developed and extended second floor. The expansion at second floor will be provided in the form of a mansard roof, delivering a coherent and complete additional floor to the building.
