The development reaches to 16 floors, providing unparalleled views across Central London and Regent’s Park. All apartments are designed to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, with the townhouse achieving Code 5 (the first CFSH Code 5 house in London). As such over 50% of the properties were sold off-plan by structural completion stage.
