Galleons Quay comprises a 16 storey residential tower and 7 storey residential block close to Poplar Dock on the River Thames.

The design uses simple techniques of environmental engineering to turn an exposed urban environment into a protected and attractive place to live.

The highly engineered, glass and timber double-skin façade responds to urban constraints and provides flexible balcony spaces protected from wind and traffic noise.
Apartments above the fourth floor have spectacular views of the Thames, Canary Wharf and Poplar Dock. The shared entrance podium between the private and affordable accommodation increases the vibrancy of the scheme and enhances the street scene.
