This high end commercial lead development will include two high tech buildings, split over two adjacent sites along Major Street, Manchester.

The development will be phased with redevelopment of the existing Major Street car park site and later development of Westminster House across Major Street.

Each building will have a highly engineered triple glazed façade to control solar gain on the South and West facades and acoustics on the North facades adjacent to the tramways. The buildings increase in height  towards Piccadilly from eight Storeys to 26 storeys. The tower tower leans back from Portland Street creating a spectacular backdrop to the gardens whilst signalling the entrance into Piccadilly gardens from the station.
