HKR prepared initial proposals for this prestigious site on Poole’s quayside.

The site was one of many in the area which were set for redevelopment as part of Poole Borough council’s massive regeneration programme. it sits adjacent to the landmark “twin sails” bridge, which is the corner stone of the Poole Harbour regeneration strategy.

HKR’s proposals for a mixed use scheme featured a hotel, office and residential with enough retail space at ground floor to transform this part of Poole into a hub of activity. With 240 luxury apartments and a 75 bed boutique hotel. The proposaed designs were created to transform and enhance the status of the location giving Poole a quayside destination worthy of its picturesque waterside setting.
