The ‘Atrium’ development in Sandyford Dublin.
This development provides 33,000 sqm of office accommodation over six storeys plus a penthouse, organised around a central roof-lit atrium space, in each of two buildings. One of these buildings is the European Headquarters of Microsoft.
In the design of this development, the client’s specifications required signature buildings suitable both as a corporate headquarters, with the additional facility to subdivide into a wide variety of tenancy configurations.
