The design of this building is conceived as a series of interlocking forms sitting on an elongated glass block along the length of the promontory accommodating the public areas.

The principal 10-storey guest accommodation appears to float over a plane of glass above the podium.

The ballroom is located close to the entrance which allows it to open out and interact with the landscaped public piazza during exhibitions and events. As night falls the hotel becomes more dramatic, with the triple storey reception space lighting up and transforming into theatre visible from the piazza. Guest accommodation comprises a blend of luxury suites, family and club guest rooms.
