A Catalyst for the Community - East Ham Working Men's Club

Community Consultation is always a key focus with us on all of our projects and we are currently working closely with East Ham Working Men’s Club on the redevelopment of their club building. The success of the London Olympics brought an opportunity for West Ham to leave the Boleyn Ground - taking the match day economy with it.

The 1960s Club building will be redeveloped to be a more inclusive and open community asset available to all members of the community. We plan to deliver a new five storey dual-use building with 46 private and affordable residential homes.
