We have been appointed by Alternative Developments and their JV partner to prepare a detailed planning application for a 100,000 sqft co-working office development in East London. This prominent development site located in central Bethnal Green aims to deliver a high quality office building that will provide much needed workspace, essential to the regeneration of this vibrant neighbourhood, recently connected by Whitechapel Elizabeth Line (Crossrail). We are looking to deliver the scheme in 2021.
