Our return to the Dublin market has led to recent appointments, including Eblana Avenue a 200+ unit co-living scheme and a 300-unit PRS scheme in Sandyford. Over the years, we have delivered around two million sqft to the estate, continuously contributing to the development of the area through a range of projects, including large-scale business parks as well as Microsoft’s HQ buildings.
Ravensrock Road, our latest scheme, will deliver a 300-unit PRS residential scheme to the estate. The proposal will have a deliverable plot ratio of 4 and will feature facilities for residents, including new restaurants, gardens, retail and a health centre.
