Planning granted at 146-156 Harold's Cross, Dublin

Working with our client Via Properties Ltd we are delighted to have been granted planning our new residential scheme at 146-156 Harold's Cross, Dublin.

The proposals will transform a site that is currently in a state of significant disrepair and dereliction, making a positive and contextual place in this developing neighbourhood of the city, particularly with the extensive effort the team has made in order to preserve and respond to the protective structure of number 152 Harold's Cross.

In addition the site also requires a sensitive response to both the surrounding residential properties and to the adjacent church and gatehouse. After much consultation with Dublin City Council the approved scheme is a contemporary take on the local vernacular, which seeks to recreate a village streetscape.
