Pelham House is a landmark headquarters office building located in South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin.

The scheme won The Royal Istitute of Architects in Ireland's 'Best Commercial Building Award' 2004, with the panel describing the scheme as "A remarkable office building full of resolution and resolve set in sylvian setting. A building of outstanding quality."

The demanding project brief produced a highly efficient and flexible open plan office space, split over three floors, around a glazed entry hall. The building plan works to preserve the existing mature trees and arboriculture of the site and to maximise frontage to the new public garden space.
