HKR designed a 62,250 sqm mixed use scheme for this prime 1.3 hectare, former industrial, waterfront site in Dublin.

The proposals incorporated residential, office, retail and healthcare uses within walking distance of the city centre. 

The site was zoned for "mixed use" in the Dublin City Development Plan of which offices, retail and residential werethe predominant uses, to facilitate employment and residential activity in the area. The original Grand Canal Harbour configuration was key to developing this site.
