Wynne Road is the fourth scheme delivered in Lambeth for Pocket Living.

The scheme provides 25 affordable one-bedroom apartments to first time buyers who have been priced out of the London property market and salaried out of social housing.

Apartments are compact but perfectly suited to their occupants needs and are accessed via externalised circulation galleries. All residents have access to a large, landscaped communal garden to the rear and side of the building and ample secure cycle storage. This configuration helped to deliver high quality residences with much sought after outdoor amenity for approximately 20% under market rate.

As a nod to the site’s industrial past as a stage-works factory, the new building features patterned brick, coloured perforated steel panels and back painted glazing.  This striking contemporary feel also reflects the lively and culturally diverse neighbourhood between Stockwell and Brixton.
